Here are two rare water-transfer SURFER magazine decals. The top decal advertises SURFER Bi-monthly. The bottom decal is the original "Murphy" waterslide decal from the early sixties. Murphy was the creation of Rick Griffin and he made the cover of Vol. 3, No. 3 in 1962. This is one of the most coveted of all vintage water-transfer decals from this era. SOLD These decals are both in very good condition, at least 85% mint. No tack holes, tape marks, creases or tears. No water damage of any kind. Profesionally matted and framed as shown. Measures 11 X 17 inches. Guaranteed original and authentic. This item comes from the Pat Magee collection. All sales benefit the Texas Surf Museum.
